The Hunter Valley is located just two hours north of Sydney and is the home of one Australia’s finest wine regions. Boasting over a hundred wineries, cellar doors and accommodation houses, the Hunter Valley is an ideal luxury escape within easy drive of Sydney, Newcastle and the Central Coast.

Hunter Valley Ballooning’s sunrise adventures begin approximately 60 minutes before sunrise at the Peterson House Winery, located on the Corner of Broke Road and Wine Country Drive in Pokolbin.

Although our meeting location is Peterson’s Champagne House, the launch site on your flight date will be dependent on the early morning wind speed and direction. We have over two dozen launch sites all over the Valley and we will take you to the most appropriate site based on the morning’s conditions in order to give you the very best flight experience. Some of our usual flight areas includes the Pokolbin, Lovedale, Rothbury, Mount View, or Broke wine regions.
